Structuring and Restructuring VOY - October 2023 GA

On October 11, 2023, members and interns of the Voices of the Young (VOY) gathered at our headquarters in Bokwai, Buea, for a meaningful General Assembly. Led by our dedicated Human Resource Coordinator, Mrs. Anyong Chrystele, the meeting was a time to reflect on VOY’s work, discuss ways to strengthen our teams, and explore fresh ideas for future activities.

One of the highlights of the assembly was when a team member shared their transformative experience from our recent Training of Trainers certification program. Hearing about their personal growth and newfound skills was a powerful reminder of the impact VOY has on its members. It reinforced our belief that “capacity” is at the core of what we do—building skills, nurturing potential, and empowering every member to contribute meaningfully to our mission.

As we look ahead to our next assembly in November, we’re excited to keep growing together and making positive impact. With every step, VOY remains committed to promoting peace through creativity, collaboration, and community strength.
