Training of Trainers (TOT)
Learn, Lead, and Facilitate with Confidence.

About TOT
Our flagship Training of Trainers (TOT) program equips facilitators, leaders, and professionals with the tools they need to excel in communication, workshop facilitation, public speaking, and leadership. Whether you are an educator, community leader, or NGO worker, this program provides essential skills to help you deliver more impactful and engaging workshops.
A Transformative Beginning
In 2023, Voices of the Young (VOY) launched its first TOT workshop on conflict transformation, bringing together 11 participants from different sectors across Cameroon. This workshop, the first of its kind, addressed key challenges that facilitators often face, such as keeping participants engaged and ensuring that workshop content is understood and retained.
Led by experienced facilitators, the workshop provided an opportunity for participants to reflect, collaborate and find creative solutions to real-world problems. The success of this first session sparked a widespread demand for more follow-up workshops, which prompted VOY to redesign the TOT program for long-term sustainability and greater impact.
